 LM507 is made of emulsion, acrylic emulsion with self-crosslinking function synthesized  VAE emulsion and special formula, and modified with many kinds of additives, which is a kind of high-quality vacuum blister. It is suitable for any vacuum molding occasion, especially recommended to be used in thick film, high-gloss film, or skin-feeling film, and other vacuum molding occasions with extremely high requirements on the surface. Product Features : Excellent playability, low-temperature activated adhesive film - providing operational efficiency for customer use, theImplicitly reduces the production cost. Excellent leveling of the adhesive liquid - no orange peel, particle phenomenon of the blister good products, to protect the blister. Its good products are different, with the basic elements of high-end products, in the market competition in a clear advantage.                  Excellent initial and final adhesive strength - in the absence of a curing agent the temperature resistance can still be more than 70 ℃, to ensure that the products are sold without worries.     Usage Method:

    • Spray gun and air compressor pressure - spray gun caliber of 1.3 ~ 1.8mm, air pressure of more than 7kg.
    • Spray glue - the glue will be sprayed on the board to be laminating, the amount of glue depending on the thickness of the PVC film and the complexity of the substrate shaping degree varies from about 60 to 100g/m2, grooves and edge parts of the spray glue for two to three times, the glue mark is obvious, the plane part of the glue slightly, leave it to dry to the glue into the plastic suction molding program.
    • Blistering - in the general ambient temperature, preheating time 10~20 seconds, baking time 10 seconds, blistering time 10 seconds, molding time 180 seconds. Due to the variability of the equipment, each piece of equipment set the temperature varies, in principle, should ensure that the temperature of the blister plate is higher than the activation temperature of the glue more than 5 ℃.
    • Heat-resistant requirements - If there is a need for special requirements on the heat resistance of the laminated products, 3~5% curing agent should be added, the curing agent is used now. Mix well with the main agent and use up within 4 hours.             

    Precautions:

    • Absorbent plastic is a high solid content and low viscosity product, the surface is easy to crust, and it is recommended to filter again when using.
    • After taking the glue slurry, please cover the glue bucket at any time to prevent impurities such as wood shavings from entering, or surface crusting, affecting the use.
    • The curing agent must not be added to the main agent drum, otherwise, the whole drum of glue will be invalid after 4 hours.
    • Please try to use and store the glue at an ambient temperature of 5~30℃, and do not mix it with other glue.
    • Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature.
