    Usage Methods:

    • Manual gluing: Use the hair roller to dip the glue, roll back and forth on the board, until the board is evenly coated with glue, then put on the PVC film. Repeat the PVC film, use the scraper to scrape lightly on the PVC film, remove the air, and then send it to the cold press to pressurize and cure. The curing temperature must be higher than 5℃, and the curing temperature must be higher than 5℃. Curing temperature must be higher than 5℃, 3 hours initial curing, 24 hours of health can be.
    • Mechanical gluing: the amount of glue is not less than 40g / ㎡, the glue must be uniform, good boards stacked on top of each other, the top board and then apply a heavy weight on the top board.
      The top boards are then pressurized with heavy objects. Curing in an environment higher than 5 ℃, after 24 hours of health can be.

    Precautions:
    (1) If the glue becomes thick when used, it can be mixed with not more than 2% water and stirred well before use.
    (2) After taking the glue, please cover the bucket of glue at any time to prevent impurities such as wood chips from entering, or the surface of the film, which will affect the use of the glue.
    (3) Please try to use and store the glue within the ambient temperature of 5-35℃.
    (4) Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature.
