    Usage Method :

    • Spray gun and air compressor pressure - spray gun caliber of 1.3 ~ 1.8mm, air pressure of 6kg or more.
    • Spray glue - the glue will be sprayed on the board to laminate the film, the amount of glue depending on the thickness of the PVC film and the complexity of the substrate shape varies from about 50 to 70g/m2, the sides of the groove and the edge of the parts of the spray glue for two to three times, the requirements of the glue marks obvious, the plane part of the glue slightly, drying to the glue dry into the plastic suction molding program.
    • Vacuum molding--For the PVC film below 20 silk, the preheating time is 10~20 seconds, baking time 5 seconds, and molding time is 5 seconds.
      Blistering time is 5 seconds, molding time is 80 seconds. Due to the difference of the equipment, the temperature setting of each equipment is different, in principle, we should ensure that the temperature of the blister plate is higher than the activation temperature of the adhesive by more than 5℃.
    • Heat-resistant requirements - if you have special requirements for heat-resistant laminating products, you should add a 3~5% curing agent, a curing agent curing agent ready to use. Mix well with the main agent and use up within 4 hours.
       

    Precautions:

    • Absorbent plastic is a high solid content and low viscosity product, the surface is easy to crust, and it is recommended to filter again when using.
    • After taking the glue slurry, please keep the bucket of glue covered at any time to prevent impurities such as wood chips from entering, or the surface crusting, affecting the use.
    • The curing agent must not be added to the main agent drum, otherwise, the whole drum of glue will be invalid after 4 hours.
    • Please try to use and store the glue at an ambient temperature of 5~30℃, and do not mix it with other glue.
    • Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature.
