LM811 is a one-component fast-drying water-based adhesive for hand-pasting and mechanical bonding, edge, and bottom sealing bonding, or lap molding bonding of packaging boxes and wooden boxes. It is also suitable for all kinds of paper, paper-plastic, composite film paper, varnished cartons, wood leather, wooden boxes, and other adhesive materials. It is widely used in wine boxes, shoe boxes, medicine boxes, health product boxes, food boxes, cigarette boxes, convenient bags, etc. and other related industries, which can meet the requirements of both manual gluing operation and mechanized assembly line operation, and it is suitable for PP, PE laminating color box, handbag sealing, manufacturing of hardcover box and other hard-to-stick materials, cardboard positioning and so on. Product Features: The adhesive film is tough, has good permeability to varnish surfaces, film, etc., high bonding strength, and good brushability. Is a fast-drying product, about 30 minutes to destroy the fiber, bonding, not burst, and the film is not brittle. It can be in the ambient temperature of -40 ℃ and below 70 ℃ does not affect the bonding performance, with excellent resistance to low-temperature performance and high-temperature performance.

    Usage and precautions
    1) Manual paste, 3-15 minutes after brushing glue, can be bonded.
    2) Because of its fast drying, it is not suitable to brush the product repeatedly to avoid affecting the paintability, 20-30 products are suitable for each time. Usually, the amount of glue is controlled at about 100G/M2, and there should be enough pressure for 0.5 hours after bonding before entering the next process.
    3) The use of machine gluing, the amount of glue should be controlled in the discharge port does not come off the appropriate amount of glue overflow, the amount of small will affect the adhesive strength and the abrasive paper products can be adjusted appropriately to reduce the amount of glue, so as not to come off the glue in the discharge port end.
    4) The finished product should be sealed and stored to avoid crusting, affecting the next use.
    5) Slightly odor, the use of the environment should be in a cool, ventilated, breathable, fire-fighting facility of the premises.
